✿ Orders are packed and posted Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders before 10am AEST will usually ship the same business day.

Orders after 10am AEST will usually ship the next business day.

We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–5 business days.

During busy sale periods, holidays, or high-volume times, dispatch may take a little longer.

✿ Please note if your order also has Made-to-order items, the processing time will be up to 14 business days while we create your stickers.

✿ We use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

✿ International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.

Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 business hours.

Please check your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.
