Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Planners Avenue Sticker Club subscriptions work, including billing, cut-off dates, shipping, changes, skips, cancellations, and order rules.

By starting a Sticker Club subscription, you agree to the terms below.

What is Sticker Club?

Sticker Club is a monthly physical sticker subscription from Planners Avenue.

Each month, subscribers receive a themed sticker kit based on their chosen Sticker Club option. Sticker Club is designed for planner lovers, creative journalers, and sticker fans who enjoy fresh monthly themes, happy mail, and beautiful stickers for everyday planning.

Sticker Club is a recurring subscription. This means your subscription continues each month until it is skipped, changed, or cancelled according to the subscription rules below.

First payment

Your first payment is charged when you start your Sticker Club subscription.

This confirms your place in Sticker Club and secures your first eligible monthly delivery of the chosen stickers.

Recurring billing

Sticker Club renews monthly.

Future renewal payments are charged on the 15th of each month.

Please make sure your payment details are up to date before the renewal date.

Monthly cut-off date

The monthly Sticker Club cut-off date is the 15th of each month.

To receive the current month’s Sticker Club kit, you need to join before the 15th.

If you join after the 15th

If you start a Sticker Club subscription after the 15th of the month, your first kit will be the following month’s theme.

This is because the current month’s subscriber numbers are locked after the cut-off date so we can begin production.

Shipping window

Sticker Club kits are produced after the monthly cut-off date.

Kits are packed and shipped during the monthly fulfilment window once production is complete.

Tracking details will be emailed once your Sticker Club order has shipped.

Sticker Club is a made-to-order monthly subscription, so it does not ship immediately after payment.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Any free shipping, included postage, or shipping promotion only applies when it is clearly stated in the current Sticker Club offer or promotion terms.

Sticker Club subscription orders follow their own shipping and fulfilment schedule.

Physical product

Sticker Club is a physical sticker subscription.

You will receive physical sticker sheets by post based on your selected Sticker Club option.

Digital extras, newsletters, subscriber downloads, or QR code content may be included when offered as part of the current month’s Sticker Club experience. These extras may vary and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the current offer.

Skipping a month

You may skip an eligible upcoming Sticker Club renewal through your subscription account.

Skips must be completed by 11:59pm Sydney time on the 14th of the month so they apply before the next renewal payment on the 15th.

If a skip request is made after the renewal payment has already been processed, it may apply to the following month instead.

Changing your subscription

You may change your Sticker Club option through your subscription account, where available.

Changes must be completed by 11:59pm Sydney time on the 14th of the month so they apply before the next renewal payment on the 15th.

Changes made after the renewal payment has already been processed may apply to the following month instead.

Cancelling your subscription

Sticker Club has a 2-month minimum subscription period.

After the 2-month minimum subscription period has been completed, you may cancel your subscription through your subscription account.

Cancelling stops future renewals.

Payments already processed are not refundable for change of mind, missed cut-off dates, or failure to cancel before renewal, unless required under Australian Consumer Law or our Refund Policy.

Cancellations must be completed by 11:59pm Sydney time on the 14th of the month so they apply before the next renewal payment on the 15th.

If your cancellation is made after your renewal payment has already been processed, that month’s Sticker Club kit will still be produced and shipped, and your cancellation will apply to the following month.

Minimum subscription term

Sticker Club requires a minimum of 2 monthly deliveries.

This means you are committing to at least 2 months when you start your subscription.

After the 2-month minimum subscription period has been completed, you can manage or cancel your subscription according to the cancellation rules above.

Payment methods

Subscription payment methods may differ from standard checkout payment methods.

Some payment options available for regular store orders may not be available for subscription orders.

Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically each month.

If your payment fails, you may need to update your payment details through your subscription account before your order can continue.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the system may retry the payment.

Please update your payment details as soon as possible to avoid delays or cancellation of your subscription.

If payment cannot be collected, your Sticker Club renewal may not be processed for that month.

Discount codes and promotions

Standard discount codes do not apply to Sticker Club subscriptions unless clearly stated.

Sticker Club subscriptions may be excluded from sales, promotion codes, reward codes, free gift offers, free shipping offers, and other discounts.

If a discount is available for Sticker Club, the offer terms will clearly state that it applies to subscriptions.

Combining subscription orders with regular orders

Sticker Club subscription orders cannot be combined with regular store orders.

Please place regular store orders separately from your Sticker Club subscription.

Subscription orders follow their own billing, production, and fulfilment schedule.

Address changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date in your subscription account before renewal billing occurs.

Address changes must be completed by 11:59pm Sydney time on the 14th of the month so they apply before the next renewal payment and fulfilment cycle.

Planners Avenue is not responsible for delays, missing parcels, or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or outdated address.

Refunds and returns

Sticker Club kits are made-to-order monthly subscription products.

Once a renewal payment has been processed and your kit has entered the production cycle, the order cannot usually be cancelled, refunded, or changed for that month.

Managing your subscription

You can manage your Sticker Club subscription through your subscription account.

Depending on your subscription status and the current subscription rules, you may be able to:

  • update your payment details

  • update your shipping address

  • skip an eligible upcoming renewal

  • change your Sticker Club option

  • cancel after the 2-month minimum subscription period

Please make any changes by 11:59pm Sydney time on the 14th of the month so they apply before the next renewal payment on the 15th.

We are happy to help you understand your subscription, but we may not be able to change, cancel, or refund an order once renewal billing has been processed and production has started.
