No there is no need to subscribe every month.
You subscribe only 1 time, once you have subscribed you will receive the subscription automatically each month until you wish to cancel or skip any month.

We close off sign ups on the 15th day of the month.
If you want the May sticker kit you need to subscribe prior to the 15th May.
Its best to sign up as soon as possible so you don't miss out.
If you sign up after the 15th you will receive the next months themed sticker kit.

No unfortunately due to the subscription recharge you can not add NON subscription items in with your subscription order.
We advised you to place two separate orders, one for the subscription and one for the other items.

From your own account page you are in full control on your subscription.
After logging into your account, you can update your shipping address, payment method, adjust your products or cancel your subscriptions.

Payments accepted for subscription are either credit card or PayPal.
AfterPay are not accepted for subscription services.
Subscriptions are excluded from discounts as we already provided a discounted rate to our subscribers.

For your sticker kit, your credit card is charge immediately.
For all sticker kits there after you will be charged on the 15th of every month, unless you cancel or skip.
Any changes to your subscription must be done before 14th of any month.

If you need to cancel you can do so inside your account dashboard on our website.
Simply log in using the link on the top of the website.
Cancellation can be done after the 2 month minimum subscription period.
You will not be able to unsubscribe before this period has passed.

Our system will attempt to bill the customer a total of 7 times before it will mark the subscription as "Failed".
If a payment fails on the first due date, reattempts to charge successfully will occur daily for the next 7 days between 5pm to 7pm.
Billing attemps will occur daily over 7 days from the billing due date before marking your subscription failed and at risk of cancellation.
After the 3rd attempt, our system will automatically send a "update payment" email to you to allow you to update your payment information to avoid the entire subscription being failed and possible cancellation.
After our system try to bill your nominated payment method for a total of 4 more times before your subscription is marked as "Failed" and flagged for cancellation.

The subscriptions begin shipping during the last week of every month.
Shippping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch.
Your subscription will be dispatched via Australia Post.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-7 days.
Express shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).
International shipping times depend on the destination but are commonly 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I combine by subscription with another open order?

No other orders can be combined with a Subscription!
Subscription orders can not be combined with other items, please make two orders.
