These terms apply to Planners Avenue sales, discount codes, promotional offers, freebie offers, bundle offers, and limited-time offers unless separate terms are provided for a specific promotion.
By using a promotion, customers agree to these terms and any promotion-specific terms shown on our website, emails, social media, or checkout.
General Promotion Terms
Promotions are available for a limited time only and while stocks last.
A promotion may apply to selected products, collections, customers, or order values only.
Where a discount code is required, the code must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. Discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Where an automatic discount applies, the discount will appear in the cart or checkout when the order meets the offer conditions.
Promotion prices, discounts, and freebies are calculated in Australian dollars.
Exclusions
Unless clearly stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes do not apply to:

Wholesale orders
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, discount codes, automatic discounts, rewards, freebies, bundle offers, free shipping offers, or other promotional offers unless we clearly state otherwise.
Minimum Spend Offers
For offers that require a minimum order value, the minimum spend is calculated after discounts and before shipping, unless stated otherwise.
Gift cards, shipping, and excluded products may not count towards the minimum spend unless stated in the promotion terms.
Freebie Offers
Freebie offers apply only when the order meets the stated offer conditions.
Freebies are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item if needed.
Freebies cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product.
If an order is changed, cancelled, or returned and no longer meets the freebie offer conditions, the freebie may need to be returned or its value may be deducted from any refund where allowed by law.
Buy 5 Sticker Sheets, Get 1 Free
When this offer is active, customers can buy 5 eligible Planners Avenue single sticker sheets and receive 1 eligible Planners Avenue single sticker sheet free.
The free sticker sheet will be the lowest-priced eligible sticker sheet in the cart.
This offer applies to eligible Planners Avenue single sticker sheets only.
This offer excludes custom stickers, bundles, kits, mystery products, Beehaven Designz custom stickers, subscriptions, clearance products, already reduced products, and any other excluded items.
A limit may apply to the number of free sticker sheets per order. Where a limit applies, it will be stated in the promotion details.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, reward redemption, freebie offer, or promotion unless stated.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are not refundable for change of mind.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a sale, clearance, or imperfect item has a fault or issue that was clearly disclosed before purchase, a remedy may not be available for that disclosed issue. You may still have rights if the item has a different problem that was not disclosed or if your consumer guarantees apply.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this Promotions Policy excludes, restricts, or changes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
If a product has a minor problem, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.
Availability and Errors
Products, offers, freebies, and promotional items are subject to availability.
Images used in emails, social media, and website promotions are for illustration purposes only. Product availability may change during the promotion period.
If there is a pricing error, discount error, website error, stock error, or promotion setup error, we may correct the error where allowed by law.
We may update, pause, or cancel a promotion if needed. This will not affect eligible orders already completed unless required by law, affected by an error, or otherwise permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping and Processing
Order processing times may increase during busy promotional periods.
Delivery time is in addition to order processing time and is handled by the shipping carrier.
Planners Avenue is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will assist customers where possible.
