A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock, but you can order it before it arrives. This helps you secure popular or limited-release products before they are available for regular dispatch.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.
Payment for pre-orders
Payment is taken at checkout unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
This secures your pre-order item once your order has been placed.
Pre-order arrival dates
Any arrival date listed for a pre-order item is an estimated arrival date only.
We do our best to provide accurate timeframes, but pre-order stock can sometimes be delayed due to:

brand or distributor delays

shipping or freight delays

customs processing

public holidays

busy seasonal periods
If we become aware of a delay, we will update customers where needed.
Orders with pre-order items
If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will usually ship once all items are available and ready to send.
This means any in-stock items ordered with a pre-order item may be held until the pre-order stock arrives.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order from your pre-order items.
Dispatch and shipping
Once your pre-order item has arrived and your full order is ready, we will pack and dispatch it within our usual processing timeframe.
You will receive tracking by email once your order has shipped.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on Australia Post and your location.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Any free shipping or shipping promotion only applies when it is clearly stated in the current offer or promotion terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Pre-orders are placed to secure incoming stock before it arrives.
Because pre-order stock is ordered or reserved especially for upcoming supply, we do not usually cancel or refund pre-orders for change of mind.
Estimated arrival dates can change due to supplier, brand, distributor, or shipping delays outside our control.
If we cannot supply your pre-order within the estimated timeframe or within a reasonable time, we will contact you with the available next step. This may include waiting for the item, choosing an alternative where available, receiving store credit, or receiving a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Ordering in-stock and pre-order items together
You are welcome to order in-stock and pre-order items together.
