Terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

 

FREE Standard Shipping

Discount automatically applied at checkout. No Promo Code Required.

Free Standard Shipping offer is shipped with Australia Post (not express post ) for delivery to addresses within Australia only.

  • The shopping cart total must reach $199 or more after discounts to receive a free shipping discount at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotion does not apply to Express mail or International orders. It cannot be combined with any other promotions. Any other discounts cannot be applied to combined discounts on an order. Excludes subscriptions, and gift cards.

  • Limited time only. Terms of the offer are subject to change at any time without notification.

    There is an important exception, if purchasing our own Planners Avenue brand (previously Beehaven Designz) of sticker sheets or sticker kits free shipping can be combined with Planners Avenue's own brand-exclusive promotion.

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada through Australia Post from Yeoval NSW, Australia.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-4 business days unless it contains items not in stock or our brand-made-to-order sticker items.

In-stock orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST may be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).

  • Same-day processing is subject to the volume of orders received in those 24 hours.  There may be dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas.

  • While we process all orders within 1-2 business days, please understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of Australia Post, and standard shipping can take up to 10 business days.

  • If your order is urgent, please choose express shipping or local pick-up at checkout. Local pick up is from Yeoval, NSW, 2868.

  • Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout and up to date in your account.

  • If an order is returned to us because the recipient's address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, we will resend the package, once we receive the correct address, and recharge you the shipping fee. If the error was ours, we will reship at no additional cost.

    Planners Avenue is not responsible for refunding or paying to reship items if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address. You will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee in the event of an incorrect address.

  

Tracking Your Happy Mail

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates are available from the Australia Post website typically within 24 - 48 hours. Any updates to your tracking are provided by Australia Post and are not within our control.

 

Combine Order Delivery

We’ll gladly combine non-subscription orders for you were possible, so long as your order has not already been packaged.

  • You must email us to let us know the order numbers you would like to request combined shipping for.

  • We will confirm for you if we can meet your request (subject to your order having not already been packaged). The shipping difference from your combined orders will be credited to you as shop credit via a coupon that you can redeem against your next order.

 

Postage Costs & Delivery Times

All Regular post and Express post costs are calculated based on size & weight and will be automatically calculated at the checkout before payment.

Parcels are by charged by Australia Post according to their actual weight or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater.

  • Price quotes are in AUD dollars.

  • Domestic and international delivery times are estimates, for more information about delivery times visit the Australia Post website for Delivery and Coverage, unfortunately, postage guidelines set by Australia Post can be unreliable, and delivery times will dramatically vary depending on your location and the time of year it is.

 

REGULAR POST – DOMESTIC Within Australia

Regular orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post and includes tracking.

  • Please allow 5 – 14 business days subject to Australia Post delays and your destination address for standard parcel delivery.

  • Shipping protection is available if you wish to protect your parcel during transit


EXPRESS POST – DOMESTIC Within Australia

Express orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. We are located in a rural zone and not within the next-day express post network.

  • For Express delivery please allow 3 – 7 business days subject to Australia Post delays, and your destination address. Some areas of WA, NT, North QLD and remote rural areas take a few extra days.

  • Shipping protection is available if you wish to protect your parcel during transit

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Outside Australia

International orders (outside Australia) are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel and include tracking. Insurance to protect your package against loss or damage can be added at checkout at your expense. Delivery time is between 20-35 business days depending on your location.

  • Orders for international are a maximum weighing up to 4kg with a value of up to AUD$500.

  • Postage is calculated based on weight and will be automatically calculated at the checkout before payment.

  • If your order is shipped at a lower cost than your paid shipping we will send you any additional shipping cost as a store credit via a coupon, which can be redeemed against your next order. 

  • By Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

 

Damages during shipping and lost letters or parcels

  • Planners Avenue will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, and the transfer of stock ownership occurs once the order has been dispatched.

  • In the case that you have yet to receive your item within 21 business days, or if you receive your order damaged, please let us know. Together, you and us will need to contact Australia Post to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and the damaged goods to file a claim.
