Planners Avenue ships orders from our shopfront and warehouse in Yeoval, NSW, Australia.
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.

Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days.
This dispatch timeframe excludes:

In-stock orders placed before 10.00am AEST Monday to Thursday may be dispatched the same business day, when order volume allows.
Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
If your order is urgent, we recommend choosing Express Post, ordering in-stock items only, or selecting local pick-up if suitable.
Made-to-Order, Pre-Order and Subscription Items
Some Planners Avenue sticker items may be made to order.
If your order includes made-to-order stickers, pre-order items, or subscription products, your full order may ship once all items are ready.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Pre-order items are subject to our Pre-Order Policy.
Subscription orders may follow their own billing, packing, and shipping schedule.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery is handled by Australia Post and depends on your location, the shipping method selected, Australia Post delivery conditions, public holidays, weather events, and peak delivery periods.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
Regular Post within Australia: 5–14 business days
Express Post within Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand: delivery times vary by location, customs processing, and Australia Post international delivery conditions
Planners Avenue is located in a rural zone and is not within the Australia Post next business day Express Post network.
Express Post is usually faster than Regular Post, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Australia Post may calculate postage using the actual weight or cubic weight of a parcel, whichever is greater.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking by email.
Tracking updates are provided by Australia Post and may take 24–48 hours to appear after lodgement.

Please choose local pick-up at checkout when available.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for this email before visiting, as your order may not be ready.
Local pick-up is by appointment or during current shopfront collection hours.
Combined Orders
We may be able to combine non-subscription orders if they have not already been packed.
To request combined shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers.
If we can safely combine the orders, any shipping difference may be issued as store credit.
Combined shipping is not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to update the address.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address from our end. You may be able to request a redirect through Australia Post using your tracking details.
Incorrect, Incomplete or Unclaimed Addresses
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or the parcel was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fee before the order is resent.
If the error was made by Planners Avenue, we will resend the order at no extra cost.
Missing, Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can check the tracking and dispatch details.
We may ask you to check:

around your front door or safe drop area

with other people at your address

with neighbours
-
your local post office or collection point
If needed, Planners Avenue and the customer may need to contact Australia Post to lodge an enquiry or claim.
A delayed parcel is not automatically considered lost. Refunds or replacements are reviewed after the tracking, delivery timeframe, shipping address, and Australia Post information have been checked.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep:

photos of the damage
Australia Post may need this information for a claim.
We will review the issue and let you know the next step.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
For New Zealand orders, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Planners Avenue must declare parcel details accurately for customs purposes.
We are not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or exchange rate differences.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If there is a problem with your order, we will review the issue and provide a solution where required by law.
If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, or if there is a major problem with a product or service, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
