We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders are usually packed and sent Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 10am AEST on these dispatch days will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10am AEST will usually ship the next business day.

During busy sale periods, holidays, or high-volume times, dispatch may take a little longer.

Excludes: made to order items, subscriptions, pre-orders and sale events.

✿ We use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

✿ International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery.

Shipping Costs + Pick Up

You can use the shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping cost to your location.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.

Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 business hours.

Returns + Order Help

Please check your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Earth Greetings Washi Tape Journey Made from Japanese Washi paper with a 95% recycled paper core features designs by Australian artist Natalie Jade.

Features of Journey Washi Tape

  • Tape Size: 15mm wide x 10m long
  • Removable and repositionable, so it can be used for a large variety of decorating and craft projects.
  • Each box contains 10 metres of tape made from Japanese Washi paper with a 95% recycled paper core.
  • Washi tape has a vegan adhesive made from water and a synthetic polymer, and we have been unable to verify whether it’s safe for home composting.
  • Small amounts of masking tape are usually okay to be put out with your paper recycling, and washi tape is similar.
  • We recommend checking with your local council first if you’re not sure.
  • The box is made from 100% recycled board and the packaging is plastic-free.

An Australian artist with indigenous (Palawa) roots that express themselves through her artwork.
