How Sticker Club Works

Subscribe to receive a fresh Sticker Club theme each month.

Joining the Current Month

  • Join by 11:59 pm Sydney time on the 14th to receive the current month’s Sticker Club pack.
  • If you subscribe on or after the 15th, your first pack will be the following month’s theme.

Sticker Club packs are made to order each month, so they do not ship immediately after you subscribe or your membership renews.

Production and quality checking take place after the monthly cut-off, with Sticker Club packs planned to ship during the last week of each month.

Billing + Renewal

Your first payment is charged when you subscribe.

Monthly Membership

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew on the 15th of each month.
  • Your monthly Sticker Club order is made after the renewal payment has been processed.
  • Monthly Sticker Club memberships have a two-month minimum subscription period.
  • After the minimum period, eligible monthly memberships can be cancelled through the customer portal under the current subscription terms.

Annual Membership

  • Annual memberships are prepaid for 12 monthly packs.
  • Annual memberships automatically renew for another prepaid 12-month term unless you turn off the next renewal through your customer portal.
  • Annual memberships cannot skip individual monthly packs.
  • Turning off your next annual renewal does not stop any packs already paid for in your current 12-month membership.

Changes, Skips + Cancellations

Manage eligible changes, skips and cancellations through your customer account.

Monthly Membership

  • You can skip an eligible upcoming pack or make eligible changes to your Sticker Club through your customer account.
  • Changes and skips need to be completed by 11:59 pm Sydney time on the 14th to apply before the next renewal and production cycle.
  • Monthly Sticker Club memberships have a two-month minimum subscription period.
  • After the minimum period, eligible monthly memberships can be cancelled through your customer account.
  • To prevent the next renewal, complete your cancellation by 11:59 pm Sydney time on the 14th.

Annual Membership

  • Annual memberships include 12 prepaid monthly packs and individual months cannot be skipped.
  • You can turn off your next annual renewal through your customer account.
  • Turning off your next renewal does not cancel any packs already paid for in your current 12-month membership.

Shipping + Delivery

Postage is not included in the subscription price. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Sticker Club packs are made to order each month and are planned to ship during the last week of the month.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed on the day your order is dispatched.

Orders are sent via Australia Post.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery.

A Fresh Theme Every Month

Each month brings a new coordinated Sticker Club theme and colour palette.

Your chosen Sticker Club keeps its familiar pack structure and sheet types from month to month, while the colours, patterns, artwork and decorative details change with each new theme.

The same monthly artwork direction is interpreted differently across all three Sticker Club options:

  • Functional Planning Sticker Club: practical stickers for organising everyday life
  • Planning Sticker Club: coordinated stickers for planning and decorating your pages
  • Creative Journaling Sticker Club: creative stickers and adhesive papers for layering, journaling and memory keeping

Each Club has its own distinct sheets designed around how that Club is intended to be used.

Australian-Made Sticker Club

Each themed Sticker Club pack is designed, printed and cut by us at Planners Avenue in NSW, Australia.

After the monthly cut-off, our small family team prepares each subscription order in-house — printing, cutting, quality checking and packing your stickers before they head out to you.

Planners Avenue has been creating planner stickers since 2016, with our sticker designs developed in-house and produced locally in Australia.

Sticker Sizes

The Creative Journaling Sticker Club intentionally includes a wide mix of sticker shapes and sizes to suit layering, collage and free-form journaling.

A5 Pattern Sticker Sheets

The 4 Pattern Sticker Sheets are A5 size, printed as one full adhesive pattern on matte sticker paper rather than a sheet of individually cut shapes.

How you use pattern stickers:

  • use a larger section as a background

  • tear pieces for layered journaling

  • cut shapes to suit your page

  • create borders and decorative sections

  • layer them with other stickers

  • use them without needing glue

Individual Sticker Sizes

Individual sticker sizes vary depending on the sticker. 

  • Decorative stickers: approximately 1.5 cm to 6 cm.

  • Alphabet, number and symbol stickers: approximately 1 cm to 2 cm wide and 2 cm high.

  • Ephemera stickers: approximately 1 cm to 9 cm.

  • Creative journaling stickers: vary considerably in size and shape. Boxes are 3.8cm wide with varying heights, and torn elements are 6cm to 16cm wide.

The varied sizing gives you a mix of small decorative details, medium writing spaces and larger pieces for backgrounds, layering and focal points in your spread.

1–2. Decorative Sticker Sheets

Two sheets of individual illustrated stickers designed around the monthly theme.

Decorative stickers measure approximately 1.5 cm to 6 cm, giving you a mix of smaller accents and larger feature pieces.

Use them for:

3. Ephemera Sticker Sheet

A collection of paper-inspired journaling pieces designed for layering and collage-style pages.

Individual ephemera stickers range from approximately 1 cm to 9 cm, depending on the design.

Depending on the theme, elements may include:

  • labels

  • tickets

  • postage-style pieces

  • tags

  • tabs

  • buttons

  • torn tape

  • small note pieces

  • decorative accents

  • themed journaling cards

Because they’re printed as stickers, you get the look of layered paper pieces without needing extra glue.

4. Alphabet, Number + Symbol Sticker Sheet

A full collection of mixed-style alphabet stickers coordinated with the monthly colour palette.

The sheet includes:

  • uppercase letters

  • lowercase letters

  • numbers

  • punctuation

  • symbols

Individual stickers vary by design and measure approximately 1 cm to 2 cm wide and up to approximately 2 cm high.

Use them to create headings, dates, names, captions, short words and page titles.

5–8. A5 Pattern Sticker Sheets

Four A5 full adhesive pattern sheets designed to give you flexible background material for creative pages.

Each sheet is one full printed sticker pattern rather than a sheet of individually cut stickers.

Tear, cut, trim or use larger sections as they are.
