✿ We use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping Costs + Pick Up

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.

Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 business hours.

Returns + Order Help

Please check your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

How to use clear stamps:

  1. Place your clear stamp on a clear acrylic block.
  2. Apply ink to the clear stamp. TIP: Consider stamping on scrap first, It lets you make sure there aren’t fibres left on the stamp from the last time you cleaned them.
  3. Stamp on your planner, and get creative.
  4. Remove the stamp from the block and clean your stamp and block with soapy water.
  5. Place your stamp on the backing sheet or in a container to store.
