We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders are usually packed and sent Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 10am AEST on these dispatch days will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10am AEST will usually ship the next business day.
During busy sale periods, holidays, or high-volume times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Excludes: made to order items, subscriptions, pre-orders and sale events.
✿ We use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
✿ International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.
Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 business hours.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

How are the stationery items chosen?
All Stationery items will be chosen at random to equal the value of your purchase, just like a giant lucky dip for stationery lovers!
Everything is chosen at random but if you have a theme or preference, please leave a comment on checkout. We can't make any promises, that's why this is a surprise mystery box but we'll do our best to bring you joy 😊

MYSTERY BOX IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Planners Avenue Stationery Mystery Box is not a separate box, but mystery items contained within your delivery box.
- If you purchase more than 1 “mystery box” in the same transaction, please be aware that all mystery items will arrive in the same package.
- If you purchase any other items within the same transaction as a “mystery box”, please be aware that they will be included in the same package as the mystery items
- While there will be no duplicate items within a single mystery box, there is no guarantee that there will be no duplicate items when multiple mystery boxes are purchased.
- Mystery items will be packaged in our normal packaging and sent in our standard delivery boxes.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the product, Planners Avenue cannot accept returns on this product. It's a mystery gift after all. However, to reassure you of all of the boxes sold, we have received a huge amount of positive feedback. We will always aim to bring joy and a smile to your face when you open your surprise stationery box.
