We aim to pack and ship orders within 1ā€“2 business days.

Orders are usually packed and sent Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 10am AEST on these dispatch days will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10am AEST will usually ship the next business day.

During busy sale periods, holidays, or high-volume times, dispatch may take a little longer.

Excludes: made to order items, subscriptions, pre-orders and sale events.

āœæ We use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 2ā€“14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

āœæ International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery.

You can use the shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping cost to your location.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.

Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10amā€“1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24ā€“48 business hours.

Returns + Order Help

Please check your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Features of Functional Planner Sticker Kit

Available in two sizes Standard and Small. The sticker sheet designs are identical between the two sizes, the only difference is the width of the sticker.Ā 

Functional Planner Sticker Size OptionsĀ 

  • Standard: Stickers are sized no wider than 3.8cm wide.
    Best suited for your larger planners including Erin Condren. Happy Planner Classic, Leanne Baker, Steph Pase and Lime Mortar Weekly.

  • Small: Stickers are sized no wider than 3.0cm wide.
    Ideal for smaller planners including the Hobonichi Cousins, Happy Planner Mini and Wonderland A6.

  • Both standard and small options have the same full-length washi stickers 16.5cm wide. Trim as needed giving you the flexibility to use the washi stickers in more places in your planner, or notebook.

Limited Quantities Available -Ā Our Mystery Sticker Kits are a labour of love, crafted with utmost care in our studio (not mass-manufactured). However, due to our small business size, we can only release a limited quantity each month.

  • Pre-orders open from the 1st through to the 15th while stocks last (unless sold out)
  • Mystery kit orders will ship by mail with tracking during theĀ last week of each month.Ā 
  • The price is in AUD.Ā Australian purchases include GST a tax invoice can be downloaded from your account page.
  • No taxes are included for any other purchases, and you may be liable to pay taxes in your local jurisdiction, depending on local laws & regulations.
