Subscription Order & Payment

Sign up before the 15th of the month you will receive that month's kit.
❣ Any new subscriptions made on the 15th or after will receive the following month's subscription.
- Subscription payment can be made with either a credit card or PayPal and NOT Afterpay.
- Payment is charged when signing up, and the next payment deduction will be on the 15th of every month.
- Re-billing will occur on the 15th of each month until you cancel your subscription.
- NO discounts for Subscriptions. Orders using discounts will be cancelled.

All transactions are billed to the equivalent value of the subscription in AUD each month.

Australian purchases include GST a tax invoice can be downloaded from your account page.
No taxes are included for any other purchases, and you may be liable to pay taxes in your local jurisdiction, depending on local laws & regulations.
- Sign-up is for a minimum of 2 months. At any time after the initial two months, you can cancel or switch your subscription when you log in to your account on our website.
Subscription Shipping
- Subscription ships domestic mail with tracking in the last week of each month.
- Subscription shipping will be charged at a small parcel rate including tracking & insurance with Australia Post. Optional express post is available at checkout.
Subscription Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes, skipping, or cancellations must be before the 14th of the month otherwise your cancellation will take effect in the following month.
- Only after the initial two months, you can cancel or switch your subscription from your dashboard when you log in to your account on our website.
- You can skip or unsubscribe by logging into your account, or alternatively message us here for assistance
