Processing, Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–5 business days. We pack and post Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 10am AEST on these days may leave the same day when order volume allows. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

During busy sale periods, holidays or high-volume times, dispatch may take longer.

Made-to-order stickers may require up to 14 business days for processing. Pre-orders and subscriptions follow their stated processing times. Orders containing these items may wait until everything is ready.

Delivery After Dispatch

We send orders with Australia Post. Delivery time is additional to processing time.

  • Regular Post within Australia: estimated 5–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Post within Australia: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • New Zealand: delivery times vary by location, customs processing and Australia Post conditions.

Express Post does not shorten processing time. Next-business-day delivery is not guaranteed from our rural location.

International orders may incur duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

Shipping Costs + Pick Up

You can use the shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping cost to your location.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.

Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 business hours.

Returns + Order Help

Please check your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
