We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1โ5 business days. We pack and post Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 10am AEST on these days may leave the same day when order volume allows. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
During busy sale periods, holidays or high-volume times, dispatch may take longer.
Made-to-order stickers may require up to 14 business days for processing. Pre-orders and subscriptions follow their stated processing times. Orders containing these items may wait until everything is ready.
Delivery After Dispatch
We send orders with Australia Post. Delivery time is additional to processing time.
- Regular Post within Australia: estimated 5โ14 business days after dispatch.
- Express Post within Australia: estimated 3โ7 business days after dispatch.
- New Zealand: delivery times vary by location, customs processing and Australia Post conditions.
Express Post does not shorten processing time. Next-business-day delivery is not guaranteed from our rural location.
International orders may incur duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.
Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10amโ1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24โ48 business hours.
