Processing, Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–5 business days. We pack and post Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 10am AEST on these days may leave the same day when order volume allows. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

During busy sale periods, holidays or high-volume times, dispatch may take longer.

Made-to-order stickers may require up to 14 business days for processing. Pre-orders and subscriptions follow their stated processing times. Orders containing these items may wait until everything is ready.

Delivery After Dispatch

We send orders with Australia Post. Delivery time is additional to processing time.

Regular Post within Australia: estimated 5–14 business days after dispatch.
Express Post within Australia: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand: delivery times vary by location, customs processing and Australia Post conditions.

Express Post does not shorten processing time. Next-business-day delivery is not guaranteed from our rural location.
