For every $1 you spend with us, you will receive 5 points. You can redeem your points at any time for discounts off your new order. Receive a $5 discount against future orders for every 500 points accrued.

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards a discount off your order. Guest purchases made without logging to an account can not accrue reward points.
How Do I Collect Reward Points?
The Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for certain actions you take here on our site at Planners Avenue.
Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:
- Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.
- Registering on the site — when you create an account and login for the first time you will be automatically rewarded with points.
- Follow Us on Social Media - Follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
- Become an email insider - Sing up to our email newsletter to become a VIP email insider.
Please Note: When you redeem some or all of your accumulated points on a particular purchase you will not accrue extra reward points for the same purchase.
How to Redeem Reward Points
You can redeem your reward points at checkout. When you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of converting your points into a coupon code for a discount off your purchase.
How to View Your Reward Points Balance?
You can view your Reward Points Balance whenever you like through from the rewards area. Simply log in to the website and click on rewards at the bottom of the page where you will find your reward points.
From your account, you will be able to view your total points, and redeemed discount coupons.

How Much Can I Redeem In Reward Points Discounts?
You will be able to redeem rewards points for a maximum of $5 discount off your checkout for any single purchase with a $100 minimum order value.
You will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue this value of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.
Reward Points Terms & Conditions
- Unfortunately, Planners Avenue rewards points are not eligible to use during sales or promotions.
- Rewards points are single use only. Points will not be reinstated if merchandise is returned.
- Rewards points are not eligible for use in conjunction with Gift Voucher purchases.
- Maximum of $5 discount can be redeemed per order.
