Free Shipping Method
Unless stated otherwise, free shipping applies to standard Australia Post parcel delivery only.
Free shipping does not include Express Post, international shipping, shipping upgrades, or any special delivery service unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.
Free shipping promotions are usually available for Australian delivery addresses only.
Minimum Spend and Eligibility
If a minimum spend applies, the eligible order subtotal must meet the advertised minimum amount after any eligible discounts, rewards, or promotional offers have been applied.
Shipping charges, gift cards, digital products, and excluded products do not count toward the minimum spend unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.
The free shipping offer must be valid and applied at checkout before the order is placed.
Discounts, Rewards and Other Promotions
Free shipping promotions cannot usually be combined with other discount codes, reward codes, automatic discounts, sales, or promotional offers.
Only one discount, reward, promotion, or shipping offer can apply per order unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.

If a Free Shipping Code Does Not Work
If a free shipping code or offer does not apply at checkout, please check:

Discount codes must be entered at checkout before the order is placed.
We are unable to manually apply a missed free shipping code after checkout.
If you believe the offer should apply, please contact us before placing your order and include a screenshot of your cart and any checkout error message.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent using Australia Post standard parcel delivery with tracking, unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.
Planners Avenue ships from Yeoval, NSW.
We aim to dispatch orders within our listed dispatch timeframe. Orders may take longer to prepare if they include made-to-order Planners Avenue stickers, pre-order items, subscription items, items not currently in stock, or orders placed during busy sale or seasonal periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking by email.
Delivery time depends on Australia Post and your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, weather events, carrier delays, sale periods, or peak delivery seasons.
Address Accuracy and Returned Parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to update the delivery address for you.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address from our end. You may be able to request a parcel redirect through Australia Post using your tracking details.
If a parcel is returned to Planners Avenue because the address was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or the parcel was not collected, we can resend the order once the parcel is returned to us and the new shipping fee has been paid.
If you choose not to have the order resent, any approved refund may exclude the original shipping cost paid by Planners Avenue, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and Free Shipping Promotions
If you return items from an order that received free shipping, and the remaining eligible order value no longer meets the promotion terms, the original standard shipping cost paid by Planners Avenue may be deducted from any approved change-of-mind refund or store credit.
This does not apply where the return is due to a fault, damage, incorrect item, missing item, or another issue covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this Free Shipping Promotion Policy.
Changes to Free Shipping Promotions
Planners Avenue may update, pause, extend, or end a free shipping promotion at any time.
The promotion terms shown at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
