These terms apply to Planners Avenue competitions, giveaways, prize draws, and trade promotions unless separate terms are provided for a specific promotion.
Each promotion will include its own competition details, including the entry method, opening and closing dates, prize, winner selection method, and any special conditions.

If the prize is a Planners Avenue voucher, the voucher is not redeemable for cash and must be used at www.plannersavenue.com.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
If a prize becomes unavailable, Planners Avenue may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, where permitted by law.
Any additional costs not stated as part of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in line with the promotion-specific terms.
For skill-based competitions, entries will be judged against the stated criteria.
For chance-based competitions, the winner will be selected by random draw.

If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, Planners Avenue may redraw, rejudge, or select another winner, where permitted by law.
Public Announcement
The winner’s first name, initial, username, or state may be announced on Planners Avenue channels, including the website, email, Instagram, Facebook, VIP Group, or other social platforms.
Social Media Competitions
If a competition is run on or promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, or another social platform, entrants must comply with that platform’s rules.
Unless stated otherwise, Planners Avenue competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, or any other social media platform.
Entrants release those platforms from any responsibility connected with the competition.
Entrant Content
If entrants submit photos, videos, captions, reviews, comments, planner spreads, or other content, they confirm that:
- the content is their own original work
- they have permission from anyone shown in the content
- the content does not breach another person’s rights
- the content is not offensive, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate
By entering, entrants give Planners Avenue permission to share, repost, publish, and use their submitted content for competition, promotional, and marketing purposes connected with Planners Avenue.
Planners Avenue will credit entrants where practical.
Privacy
Planners Avenue collects entrant information to run the competition, contact winners, verify entries, award prizes, and meet legal requirements.
Entrant information may be shared with service providers where needed to administer the competition or deliver a prize.
Entrants may be added to the Planners Avenue email list only where they have provided consent or where permitted by law.
Personal information is handled in line with the Planners Avenue Privacy Policy.
Changes, Cancellation, or Disqualification
