Wedding Planner Checklist

We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders are usually packed and sent Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 10am AEST on these dispatch days will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10am AEST will usually ship the next business day.

During busy sale periods, holidays, or high-volume times, dispatch may take a little longer.

Excludes: made to order items, subscriptions, pre-orders and sale events.

✿ We use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

✿ International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect from our Central West shopfront is available by appointment and can be selected at checkout.

Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Pick up details will be emailed when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 business hours.

Please check your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
